Berris received the “Diamond Excellence Award for Public Service and Good Governance” given by Diamond of Asia Foundation during the Awards Banquet held at Amarapura Hall of Marvel Hotel in Mandalay City in Myanmar last November 15, 2022. Incidentally, Mandalay is the second-largest city in Myanmar (formerly Burma) and considered as the Centre of Burmese Culture. (Ruben E. Taningco)
