Ginanap sa Boracay Island, Aklan ang 98th National Executive Board Meeting ng Union of Local Authorities of the Philippines (ULAP) sa pamumuno ni ULAP President, Governor Dax Cua ng Quirino Province. Dinaluhan ito ng kasalukuyang National President ng League of Vice Governors of the Philippines Vice Gov. Karen Agapay na siya ring Vice Chairman ng ULAP. Ang ULAP ang tinaguriang League of Leagues, kung saan tagapag-ugnay ng national government at ng local governments sa Pilipinas. Ang LVGP ay isa sa 10 regular members ng ULAP. Ang iba pang miyembro ay ang LPP (Governors League), PBMLP (Board Members), LMP (Mayors), LCP (City Mayors), VMLP (Vice Mayors), PCL (Councilors), NMYL (Young Legislators), LnB (Barangays), and 4L (Lady Legislators).
