Sa pangangasiwa ni Gng. Grace D. Adap, retiradang hepe ng San Pablo City Social Welfare and Development Office, at sa tulong ng mga tauhan ng Municipal Social Welfare and Development Office ng mga bayan ng Alaminos, Calauan at Victoria ay nagsagawa ng “interview and assessment” sa mga Barangay Service Point Officer (BSPO) o barangay tanod. Ang mga nakatutugon sa itinakdang pamantayan ng DSWD sa kahilingan ni Cong. Amante ay napagkalooban ng tulong noong Biyernes ng umaga, Setyembre 6, sa San Pablo City Multi-Purpose Convention Center sa ilalim ng Ayuda sa Kapos ang Kita Program (AKAP) na inisyatibo nina President Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr. at House Speaker Ferdinand Martin G. Romualdez. Pinahahalagahan ng mambabatas ang itinulong ng Liga ng mga Barangay, Samahan ng mga Kalihim ng Barangay, at Tanggapan ng Local Government Operations Officer ng DILG sa mga munisipyong nabanggit.
