Sa bisa ng Wage Order No. IVA-20 dated September 1, 2023 ay ipinag aatas ng Regional Tripartite Wages and Productivity Board sa CALABARZON ang pagtataas ng minimum wage mula P385 to P520 sa non-agriculture sector, mula P385 to P479 sa agriculture sector at P385 para sa retail and service establishments employing not more than 10 workers.
Matatandaan na sa ginanap na Public Hearing on Minimum Wage Adjustment sa Region IV-A Calabarzon noong August 11, 2023 sa Biñan City ay binanggit ang suporta ng Sangguniang Panlalawigan ng Laguna sa pangunguna ni Vice Gov Karen Agapay na mapag aralan ang kahilingan na maitaas ang daily minimum wage sa rehiyon para sa  labor sector, kaakibat ng balanseng pagkalinga sa hanay naman ng management sector.
Lubos ang pasasalamat sa RTWPB, sa positibong tugon sa kahilingan ng iba’t ibang labor groups, kasama na ang kahilingan ng mga Bise Gobernador at Sangguniang Panlalawigan ng Cavite, Laguna, Batangas, Rizal at Quezon.
