A school is a service oriented organization as well as a learning producing enterprise. Its chief concerns are to see to it that productive learning is taking place in the classrooms where planned learning opportunities are translated into actual learning and there is an efficient service delivery management among teachers and school administrators.
The daily operations that take place in schools have a critical role in shaping students’ minds and keeping everything under control for the administration. Providing services to students and society at large is a crucial aspect of these operations.
One of the best indicators of how well each school is performing is the test results, which is administered in school every quarter Every school administrator faces a major challenge when it comes to poor test results, and the search for the causes of such failure.
Poor test results pose a big problem for every school administrator and always raise a red flag to find the reasons of such failure. Efforts have been taken up to improve the quality of education through improvement of curriculum programs and improvement of service delivery management.
The main goal of education is for learners to graduate from school with high academic standing. Due to their incapacity to handle the daily challenges and obligations at school, many students struggle academically. To develop, reinforce, and improve learners’ learning experiences, educators believe these challenges are required. In certain circumstances, school administrators must consider how they can support their teachers, and instructors must consider how they can support their students in order to raise academic performance overall.
Another element that needs to be prioritized is the management of their services, as it may also be able to address issues that are faced by every school in our nation.
