Sa inisyatibo ni Vice-Gov. Atty. Karen Agapay, sa darating na Buwan ng Nobyembre ay nakatakda nang maging operational ang Professional Regulation Commission Service Center sa Santa Cruz, Laguna Metro Central Mall.

Kamakailan ay personal na pinuntahan ni Vice Gov Agapay si Regional.Director Reynaldo Cristobal ng PRC Regional Office sa Lucena City upang mapag-usapan ang magiging operasyon ng nasabing bubuksang service center sa Sta cruz, Laguna. At kinumpirma ni RD Cristobal na bago dumating ang katapusan ng buwan ng Oktubre ay magsasagawa sila ng Ocular inspection sa Metro Central Mall na kasabay na rin ng isasagawang signing of Memorable of Agreement.

Sa katunayan ay makikita na sa PRC online Licensure Examination & Registration Information System (LERIS) ang “Sta. Cruz, Laguna” bilang isa sa mga choices na opisina ng PRC sa Region IV-A kung saan pwede magpa schedule ang mga professionals ng kanilang nais na services mula sa PRC.

Ayon kay PRC Regional Director Rey Cristobal, nakatakdang lagyan ng number of slots ang naturang preferred PRC Sta Cruz, Laguna, sa pagbubukas ng services nito ngayong Nobyembre 2022. Kabilang sa mga services nila ay ang renewal ng PRC Licenses, initial registration of new passers, certification and authentication of PRC documents,application for exams, at request for duplication of ID’s.

Samantala, sa kahilingan din ni Vice Gov Agapay ay nakatakdang ganapin sa Laguna ang unang Licensure Exams para sa ating mga Teachers sa March 2023.
