Nakipagkita kay Alkalde Vicente B. Amante noong nakaraang araw ng Biyernes, Oktubre 4, 2024, si Police Lieutenant Colonel Franco Allex M. Reglos na pormal na bahagi ng pag-ako ng tungkulin bilang bagong Officer-in-Charge ng Office of the Chief of Police sa Lungsod ng San Pablo. Bago naatasang pamunuan ang San Pablo City Police Station, si Tenyente Koronel Franco Allex M. Reglos ay nanungkulan munang Deputy Provincial Director for Administration (DPDA) sa Laguna Provincial Police Office sa Santa Cruz na nagpalawak ng kanyang karanasan at kasanayan sa pangangasiwa at pangangalaga ng kapayapaan at kapanatagan sa ikatitiyak ng kagalingan ng pamayanan.
