Relative to Deped Order No 44, 2015, is a roadmap that lays down specific interventions that a school, with the help of the community and other stakeholders, will undertake within a period of three consecutive school years. Guidelines on the Enhanced School Improvement Plan Process and the School Report Card.
The school showcases remarkable level of improvement in terms of systematic data collection, assessment & analysis of data which is indispensable in the success of school’s projects, programs and activities.  It consolidates all pertinent documents of all school’s programs, projects and activities since this is the highlight of school’s best practices.  MILESTONE is considered as one of the school’s best practices.  The school has gone quite a long way in terms of systematic data collection, assessment & analysis of data gathered.
This best fit the title because it represents a clear sequence of events that build up until the project is complete. It focuses on the three cycles which is the thrust of monitoring & evaluation.  Each program and project implemented by the stakeholders, stick to the process in gathering data- planning, implementation, and evaluation together with its specific goals and objectives.  To provide evidence-based data on collection and assessment of school’s projects, programs and activities necessary to achieving sustainable PPA’s and continuous improvement, to increase active participation of stakeholders in process of assessment cycle of school’s project, programs and activities.
During the planning stage, parents & stakeholders conducted online/offline meetings to lay out specific programs & projects.  Root Cause analysis is one of the conducted strategies employed by the parents & stakeholders to brainstorm the following areas.  The review of projects and activities which is the routine process of data collection is done monthly with the following tools; interviews, questionnaires, checklists, surveys.
Furthermore, school and stakeholders strongly believed that there is a correlation of achieving success through assessment likewise, progress is achieved if the process of monitoring & evaluation is done in systematic way.  It is made to assess if expected results are achieved, to spot drawbacks or unintended effects (positive/negative) from the activities/programs.  The school believed that utilizing an organized and systematic data collection ensures real-time and evidence-based results are necessary in decision-making of stakeholders as well as school players.  Although some of these processes have been adopted in crafting school’s projects, programs and activities before, there is a need to have a blue print to follow in data collection and the school and that what Milestone is all about.
