Former rebels sa Laguna, tumanggap ng tulong mula sa NTF-ELCAC

Labing-pitong mga dating miyembro ng communist-terrorist groups (CTGs) na nagbalik-loob na sa pamahalaan at lipunan ang binigyan ng karampatang tulong sa ilalim ng Enhanced Comprehensive Local Integration Program o E-CLIP ng National Task Force to End Local Communist Armed Conflict (NTF-ELCAC).
Tig-P65,000 na immediate and livelihood assistance aid ang ibinigay ng Department of the Interior and Local Government (DILG) para sa mga former rebels (FRs), bukod pa sa certificate of eligibility mula sa Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE), at tig-dalawang sakong bigas mula sa pamahalaang lalawigan ng Laguna.
Sa mensahe ni 202nd Infantry “Unifier” Brigade, Philippine Army Commander BGen. Cerilo Balaoro Jr., hinimok niya ang mga FRs na pagyamanin at paunlarin ang mga nakuhang tulong upang maging malaking tulong sa kanilang mga pamilya. Inabisuhan rin nya ang mga natitira pang miyembro ng CTGs na magbalik-loob na rin upang makatanggap ng tulong mula sa pamahalaan.
Para sa isang benepisyaryo ng programa, lubhang nakatulong ang inisyatibo ng pamahalaan para sa pagunlad ng kanyang pamumuhay mula nang siya ay mag-balik loob. Sinigurado niyang mapupunta sa tama at pauunlarin pa ang tulong.
Ang mga benepisyaryo ay pinili ng pamahalaang lalawigan, sa pamumuno ni Governor Ramil Hernandez, at mga miyembro ng E-CLIP committee ng Laguna Peace and Order Council at PTF-ELCAC.
