Notice is hereby given that the legitimate heirs of the late Leonardo Paguirigan de Vera who died intestate on May 7, 2021 in Santa Rosa, Laguna, had executed on March 26, 2022 a “Supplementary Deed of Extrajudicial Settlement and Partition of the Estate of Leonardo Paguirigan de Vera and Irrevocable Disclaimer by Leandro Baltazar de Vera and Jessie Chris Baltazar de Vera” before Notary Public Atty. Patricia D. Ibañez as per Doc. No. 151; Page No. 32; Book No. I; Series of 2022, declaring:
1. The existence of the bank accounts of the decedent as: Cash Deposit in BPI-La Fuerza Makati Branch (Php127,147.14); Cash Deposit in BDO-Makati Cinema Square Branch (Php113,972.64); Time Deposit in BDO-Makati Cinema Square Branch (Php1,541,743.33);
2. The total Cash in Bank (“Revised Cash In Bank”) declared in the Original Deed is revised as: Cash Deposit in BPI-Laguna Technopark Branch (Php229, 502.99); Cash Deposit in BPI-La Fuerza Makati Branch (Php127,147.14); Cash Deposit in BDO-Makati Cinema Square Branch (Php113,972.64); Time Deposit in BDO-Makati Cinema Square Branch (Php1,541,743.33); Revised Cash in Bank (Php2,012,366.10); and
3. The decedent, at the time of his death, left a total Gross Estate of Php5,271,151.10 comprising of the properties in the Original Deed and Disclaimer executed on February 26, 2022 and the Supplementary Deed and Disclaimer executed on March 26, 2022.
