Sibulan, Nagcarlan, Laguna covered by Original Certificate of Title No. P-7742; 3) a parcel of land situated at Brgy. Wakat, Nagcarlan, Laguna covered by Original Certificate of Title No. P-2274; 4) a parcel of land situated at Brgy. Talangan, Nagcarlan, Laguna covered by Tax Declaration No. 17-0048-00381; 5) a parcel of land situated at Brgy. Talangan, Nagcarlan, Laguna covered by Tax Declaration No. 17-0048-00383; and 6) a parcel of land situated at Brgy. Sibulan, Nagcarlan, Laguna covered by Tax Declaration No. 17-0040-00285, have been extrajudicially settled by the his legal heirs before notary public Atty. Edgardo R. Marilim as per Doc. No. 452; Page No. 91; Book No. CDXCI; Series of 2022.
