PCSO Distributes 500 ChariTimba to Asipulo, Ifugao

On May 20, 2025, the Philippine Charity Sweepstakes Office (PCSO) distributed 500 Charitimba (food packs) to the Municipality of Asipulo, Ifugao, as part of its Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) program.

The assistance was personally handed over by PCSO Charity Assistance Department Manager Orlando Malaca to Councilor Sanny Buhong and Eddie Dinongon, who received the donation on behalf of the local government of Asipulo.

This initiative aims to provide support to underserved communities, particularly senior citizens, persons with disabilities (PWDs), and low-income families.

Grateful for the assistance, Councilor Buhong expressed appreciation on behalf of the local government and beneficiaries, saying, “We are deeply thankful to PCSO for this timely support. These food packs will greatly help our constituents, allowing them to use their limited resources for other pressing needs. It’s a huge relief to know that their daily sustenance has been addressed, even for a short while.”

The PCSO remains committed to uplifting the lives of Filipinos through continuous outreach and social welfare programs under its CSR efforts.
